Can you explain the pricing?

The average meal prepared (entree and side dishes) serves approximately 4 people. If you average out the cost per serving, this comes to about $15 per serving, which is about the same as what you would pay in a quality restaurant. If you factor in the grocery shopping, menu planning, transportation, preparation, packaging and storing, instructions and cleaning, this is quite a deal. After all, isn't your free time more valuable to you? Please contact me for more details on pricing options.

Are gift certificates available?

Yes, simply call or email me and provide me with the name of the recipient and their address. I'll be happy to mail the certificate to them. Certificates must be paid for (in full) prior to the cooking date.

Shrimp and GritsDo you use fresh food and produce?

Yes, I personally shop for your food on the morning of your pre-arranged cook day and bring it to your home to prepare your meals.

Are you certified by the health department?

Yes, I am certified by the State of North Carolina Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as a safe food handler under HACCP guidelines.
